At Cobre Moto, we want you to feel as good wearing our gear as you do riding free. If something’s not right, we’ve got a clear and fair return process lined up for you.
1) 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

All tags attached, in the original packaging

Include your receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Return costs: Shipping costs for returns are at your expense, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. In that case, we’ll cover the costs or provide you with a prepaid label.
2) Damages & Issues
Always check your order upon arrival. If your gear shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately at info@cobre-moto.com (include photos + order number). We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
3) Non-Returnable Items
Some things just can’t come back:

Custom or personalized gear

Personal care items (like grooming/beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards
-
Sale or outlet items (unless EU law on withdrawal applies, see §5)

4) Exchanges
Want something else instead? Here’s the fastest route:

Return your current item.

Place a new order for what you want.
Once your return is approved, we’ll refund the original purchase.
5) EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
For orders shipped within the EU, you also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal — no questions asked.

Items must still meet the same condition rules (unused, tags, packaging).

If you withdraw the whole order within 14 days, we’ll refund your order total + standard delivery cost (not any extra shipping upgrades).

Return shipping costs are yours to cover.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, you’ll get an email confirmation.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Banks and credit card providers may take a little longer to clear it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@cobre-moto.com.
