• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Item Condition: All clothing and other products must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. The items should also be returned in the original packaging.
• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return conditions.
• In order to keep our prices fair, we cannot pay for the cost of returning the items. The return cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cobre-moto.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return and preferably the reason why.
Also let us know if you want a replacement or want to get refunded. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
